At Queen’s Touch, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


1. Returns Window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions listed below.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused, and resalable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact


3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Intimate or sanitary products (for hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once opened)


4. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer service team at queens-touch@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

⚠️ Do not send items back without prior authorization.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.


6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your provider.


7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at queens-touch@gmail.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the exchanged item differs in price, we will arrange for any additional payment or refund as needed.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been fully resolved.


9. International Returns

If you are an international customer, please contact us for return instructions, as different terms and shipping costs may apply.
